What you will do

• Identify opportunities where AI can improve the quality, speed, scale, and effectiveness of repeatable marketing tasks.
• Design and deploy production workflows combining AI agents, tools, and human review.
• Rapidly prototype and ship internal tools using automation platforms, hirify.global's API platform, and Codex.
• Develop reusable templates, tooling, and documentation to enable safe self-service AI adoption across the org.
• Partner with Engineering, IT, Security, Legal, and Privacy to ensure workflows meet security and compliance standards.
• Drive cross-functional projects from initial idea to MVP and scaled adoption.

Requirements

• Strong product mindset with experience scoping problems and driving projects end-to-end.
• Experience building system integrations, automation platforms, or technical internal workflows.
• Ability to translate complex business needs into technical solutions and communicate tradeoffs.
• Experience with AI-native development tools such as Codex or similar coding agents.
• Comfort operating in a fast-moving, high-scrutiny environment where governance and change management are critical.
• Must be based in San Francisco.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with CRM, lifecycle tooling, analytics, creative tooling, or campaign infrastructure.
