Location: Must work 5 days a week in our Mountain View, CA office.

Salary: $120,000 – $160,000 + Equity

What you will do

• Own end-to-end automation surfaces including instrumentation, workflow mapping, and experiment evaluation.
• Design and implement automations using SQL, APIs, and LLM-based tools to streamline claim-related workflows.
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Account Management teams to influence roadmaps and scale solutions.
• Build dashboards and reporting pipelines to monitor financial outcomes, productivity, and quality metrics.
• Identify bottlenecks in healthcare operations and deploy scalable technical fixes.
• Debug and monitor production systems to ensure reliability and performance.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in operations, consulting, or data-heavy roles at a tech company or startup.
• Strong SQL fluency for querying, analyzing, and structuring complex data.
• Proven ability to manage projects autonomously in fast-changing environments.
• Excellent problem-solving and systems-thinking skills.
• Must be based in Mountain View, CA and able to work onsite 5 days a week.

Nice to have

• Experience with AI Automation Infrastructure (prompt iteration, evaluations, agent workflows, human-in-the-loop design).
• Background in healthcare operations, claims, or billing systems.
• Experience building workflows via Python, Zapier, Retool, or custom scripts.
• Experience with agentic workflow development and cloud-based orchestration.
