What you will do

• Work on-site with clients to understand workflows, surface pain points, and document business requirements.
• Configure and deploy AI-powered tools and solutions within client environments.
• Act as the primary day-to-day point of contact for clients during the implementation phase.
• Communicate complex technical AI concepts clearly to non-technical business stakeholders.
• Collaborate with internal engineering and product teams to relay client feedback and shape the product roadmap.
• Develop repeatable playbooks and documentation based on client engagements.

Requirements

• 1–3 years of experience in a client-facing or consulting role, ideally at a mid-to-large consultancy.
• Working knowledge of AI tools and platforms (e.g., ChatGPT, Copilot, automation tools).
• Basic familiarity with APIs and scripting in Python or TypeScript.
• Hands-on experience with no-code/low-code platforms such as Zapier or Power Automate.
• Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.
• Willingness to travel to client locations as required (up to 40%).

Nice to have

• Experience working within a startup, SaaS, or technology company environment.
• Interest or coursework in specific verticals like financial services, healthcare, or supply chain.
• Formal AI or data certifications (e.g., Anthropic, Google AI Essentials, Microsoft AI-900).
