What you will do

• Collaborate with business stakeholders and executives to identify high-value AI opportunities and define success criteria.
• Design and develop full-stack AI prototypes and applications using Claude, LLM orchestration, and RAG.
• Own the end-to-end technical architecture from prompt design and data pipelines to lightweight front-end interfaces.
• Partner with AI Governance teams to ensure HIPAA compliance, bias review, and model monitoring.
• Contribute to a reusable AI accelerator library to standardize patterns across client engagements.
• Present live demos and communicate technical progress to non-technical business leaders to drive pilot-to-scale transitions.

Requirements

• 8+ years of healthcare industry experience in insurance operations or clinical/operational workflows.
• Proficiency with Claude (Anthropic) API, including prompt engineering and agentic patterns.
• Full-stack AI engineering capability (LLM integration, RAG, REST APIs, and front-end interfaces).
• Proven track record of rapid prototyping, moving from business conversation to working AI prototype in days.
• Strong business articulation skills to communicate ROI and technical concepts to healthcare executives.
• Must be based in the United States.

Nice to have

• Experience with agentic AI frameworks like LangChain, LangGraph, CrewAI, or AutoGen.
• Familiarity with healthcare data standards (HL7, FHIR, ICD-10, CPT) and HIPAA requirements.
• Prior experience in forward-deployed, embedded, or startup engineering roles.
• Knowledge of enterprise AI governance, model risk management, and bias evaluation.
