What you will do

• Perform administrative and marketing support for the Regional Marketing Management Team.
• Coordinate the delivery of promotional tickets with regional marketing partners.
• Compile advertising settlement recap reports and process incoming advertising invoices.
• Research audience and artist demographic information to shape marketing plans.
• Assist with grassroots marketing campaigns, including shipping materials and ordering flyers/posters.
• Support PR and local sponsorship teams in compiling show information and annual marketing recaps.

Requirements

• Must be based in Dallas, TX, USA.
• 1-3 years of prior experience in event planning or marketing within entertainment, sports, or public assembly facility settings.
• Extensive knowledge of the music industry.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work extended hours, including weekends and evenings, as dictated by show dates.
