What you will do

• Manage the execution of overall promotions plans in alignment with Marketing Operations and sales teams.
• Develop project plans, estimate costs, and manage promotional projects through to completion.
• Perform post-project analysis and present data-driven insights to support ROI and business growth.
• Collaborate with sales and account management to develop promotional opportunities for customers.
• Train and support Promotional Team Representatives (PTRs) and maintain training records.
• Coordinate POS materials and manage third-party vendor relationships for event production and staffing.

Requirements

• 4-year college degree in Marketing, Market Research, Math, or Communications.
• 2-5 years of professional experience in a project, marketing, or sales coordination role.
• Advanced proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, MS Project).
• Strong business writing and organizational skills to handle multiple assignments.
• Ability to travel at least 25%, including weekends, particularly from February to July and in September/October.
