What you will do

• Own the strategy, execution, and optimization of paid ads across Google Ads, Bing, Meta, and LinkedIn.
• Conduct keyword research, create ad copy, and perform continuous performance analysis and competitor monitoring.
• Collaborate with web development teams to optimize website structure, landing pages, and forms for higher conversion.
• Develop and maintain performance dashboards in Salesforce, Power BI, Looker Studio, and Google Analytics.
• Build and manage lead nurturing workflows in HubSpot to support the sales process.
• Evaluate third-party lead sources and partner with the Demand Generation Manager to optimize the channel mix.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, advertising, or a similar field.
• 5+ years of proven experience in digital marketing with a focus on Google Ads, Bing, and E-commerce.
• Experience with B2B SaaS companies.
• Google Ads certification is required.
• English proficiency: C1 required.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data into actionable insights.

Nice to have

• Meta Blueprint certification.
• Proficiency with MS Office and Salesforce.
