What you will do

  • Serve as the primary administrator for the marketing technology stack, including marketing automation, Salesforce, and ABM platforms.
  • Maintain Salesforce campaign hygiene, attribution integrity, and data accuracy to ensure reliable reporting for Sales and Revenue Operations.
  • Execute end-to-end campaign operations, including audience segmentation, asset deployment, and platform configuration.
  • Plan and implement email marketing programs, nurture streams, and lifecycle sequences with a focus on deliverability and precision.
  • Manage paid digital campaigns across LinkedIn, Programmatic, and Google Ads, including budget pacing and performance optimization.
  • Partner with Web teams to connect email journeys, landing pages, and lead capture forms into cohesive campaign experiences.

Requirements

  • Must be based in Sofia, Bulgaria for a hybrid work arrangement.
  • 5-7 years of experience in marketing operations or campaign management within a B2B technology organization.
  • Hands-on experience with marketing automation platforms and executing targeted email programs.
  • Direct experience with Salesforce campaign management and attribution reporting.
  • Proven experience with ABM platforms and executing paid digital campaigns on LinkedIn and Google Ads.
  • Strong analytical skills with experience building performance dashboards for account engagement and pipeline influence.

Nice to have

  • HubSpot certification or hands-on HubSpot experience.
  • Experience in airline, travel technology, or enterprise B2B SaaS.
