What you will do

• Lead full-cycle recruitment including sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer negotiation, and onboarding handoff
• Partner with business leaders and HR Business Partners to understand team structure, role requirements, and hiring goals
• Develop and execute creative sourcing strategies using AI-driven platforms and multiple channels
• Provide regular updates to stakeholders and manage candidate pipelines using data and analytics
• Track and report on key recruiting metrics to drive continuous improvement
• Deliver an exceptional candidate experience representing company brand and values

Requirements

• Location: Must be based in the US or eligible for US-based remote work
• 5–7 years of full-cycle recruitment experience, preferably in financial services or technology
• Bachelor’s degree required
• Experience with AI recruitment tools and data-driven recruitment approaches
• Strong communication and negotiation skills with internal stakeholders and candidates
