Salary: OTE $175,000

What you will do
- Serve as the primary post-sales point of contact for strategic federal customers.
- Drive successful onboarding, implementation, and adoption of the Platform, WorldView threat intelligence, and Professional Services.
- Partner with customers to define success criteria and achieve measurable positive business outcomes.
- Own customer success plans and conduct regular business reviews to assess value realization.
- Manage customer health metrics to proactively mitigate churn (GDR) and identify expansion opportunities (NDR).
- Collaborate with Sales, Technical Account Managers, and Solution Architects to ensure a seamless customer experience.
Requirements
- US Citizenship is required.
- 5+ years of experience in Customer Success or Account Management within cybersecurity, enterprise SaaS, or industrial sectors.
- Demonstrated ability to define and drive metrics such as NDR, GDR, and churn analysis.
- Proven experience managing complex public sector relationships and influencing key stakeholders.
- Deep understanding of cybersecurity and its translation into business-level outcomes.
- Willingness to travel 25%.
Nice to have
- Active security clearance.
- Pre-sales or post-sales experience.
- Prior experience in critical infrastructure sectors and familiarity with ICS/OT Cybersecurity.
