What you will do

• Manage full-cycle recruiting for high-volume portfolios across various business functions.
• Partner with hiring managers to conduct intake meetings, define role requirements, and align on sourcing strategies.
• Build and maintain candidate pipelines through proactive sourcing via LinkedIn Recruiter, HireEZ, and other channels.
• Execute structured screening and interview processes using consistent evaluation criteria.
• Maintain real-time data hygiene in Lever ATS and report on key recruiting metrics.
• Collaborate with Total Rewards and Talent Partners on offer recommendations.

Requirements

• 3+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience in high-volume environments.
• Proven ability to manage a large, multi-requisition portfolio with high attention to detail.
• Proficiency with ATS systems (Lever preferred) and sourcing tools.
• Strong data literacy to track and interpret recruiting metrics.
• Demonstrated commitment to inclusive hiring practices and diverse candidate slates.
• Must be compliant with US employment laws and regulations (specifically California, SF, and LA ordinances).

Nice to have

• Experience recruiting for Member Care, Call Center, Clinical Support, or Operations.
• Familiarity with Workday for requisition management.
• Experience partnering with staffing agencies or BPO vendors.
• Working knowledge of structured hiring and feedback calibration.
