• Develop and execute full-cycle hiring strategies to meet technical recruitment targets.
• Build structured interview plans to accurately assess technical and functional competencies.
• Manage a requisition pipeline via Ashby, balancing speed and quality of hire.
• Create and implement diverse sourcing workflows to build robust candidate pipelines.
• Deliver a consistent, high-quality candidate experience throughout the process.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of full-cycle technical recruiting experience.
• Demonstrated success in high-volume recruitment for software engineering talent.
• Experience working in fast-paced, high-growth technology environments.
• Strong project and stakeholder management skills.
• Must be based in or able to work from Mountain View or San Francisco, CA offices.
