What you will do

  • Source and engage passive candidates for Sales, Account Management, and Client Success roles using various channels.
  • Conduct initial phone screens to assess baseline qualifications, interest, and cultural fit.
  • Maintain organized and detailed documentation in the ATS to ensure clean handoffs and visibility.
  • Manage high-volume outreach and candidate communication with consistency and professionalism.
  • Partner with hiring managers to align on target profiles and refine search strategies based on market feedback.
  • Track sourcing metrics and pipeline data to identify optimization opportunities.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of recruiting experience, specifically in sourcing-heavy or high-volume environments.
  • Experience recruiting for Sales, Client Success, Account Management, or Services roles.
  • Industry experience in fintech, B2B SaaS, or financial services.
  • Proficiency with modern sourcing tools like LinkedIn Recruiter and various ATS platforms.
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without requiring current or future visa sponsorship.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
