What you will do

  • Partner with hiring managers and HRBPs to define role requirements, success profiles, and sourcing strategies.
  • Manage full-cycle recruiting for Sales and Engineering roles, including intake, sourcing, screening, and offer negotiation.
  • Identify top talent using ATS, LinkedIn Recruiter, and other niche platforms.
  • Conduct structured interviews and behavioral assessments to evaluate candidate fit.
  • Coordinate interview logistics and maintain accurate records in the applicant tracking system.
  • Collaborate with external search partners and support onboarding coordination.

Requirements

  • 3–5 years of recruiting experience with a focus on Sales and/or Engineering roles.
  • Strong understanding of technical (software, hardware, product) and commercial (AE, SDR) profiles.
  • Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems such as Workday or Greenhouse.
  • Must be based in Mexico or Seville, Spain.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field preferred.

Nice to have

  • Familiarity with behavioral interviewing and technical assessment tools (e.g., Codility, UCAT).
  • Experience working in high-growth or matrixed environments.
  • Knowledge of employment law and recruiting compliance.
