What you will do

• Manage end-to-end recruitment for fulfillment, logistics, and high-volume operational roles.
• Collaborate daily with Fulfillment Center supervisors and Pharmacy team leads to coordinate interview loops.
• Build diverse talent pipelines in the Columbus, OH area through localized networking and community partnerships.
• Streamline hiring workflows and audit processes to reduce time-to-hire.
• Maintain ATS data integrity and use hiring metrics to identify bottlenecks.
• Strategically implement AI tools to automate administrative tasks and increase capacity.

Requirements

• 2–3+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, specifically managing high-volume requisition loads.
• Ability to work on-site in a hybrid capacity each week at the New Albany facility.
• Proven track record in Pharmacy, Healthcare, Fulfillment, Manufacturing, Retail, or Logistics environments.
• Proficiency with modern ATS (e.g., Ashby, Greenhouse, Workday) and sourcing tools like LinkedIn Recruiter.
• Exceptional time management and organizational skills to handle multiple priorities.
