What you will do

• Partner with HR Business Partners and hiring managers to develop recruitment strategies for technology needs.
• Manage the full talent acquisition lifecycle, from creating job postings and sourcing to assessment and selection.
• Build talent pipelines using social media, referrals, and pro-active sourcing techniques.
• Coach hiring leaders on unbiased interview processes and the use of assessment tools to ensure objective decision making.
• Promote the organization as an employer of choice through social media and job board engagement.
• Represent the company at job fairs and campus recruiting events to attract top talent.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in a related field or equivalent professional experience.
• 5+ years of relevant experience in technology recruiting.
• Must be based in the USA.

• Proficiency in MS Office.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
