What you will do
- Design and manage brand architecture to unify multiple divisions while preserving segment differentiation.
- Define and execute a comprehensive content roadmap across web, social, and earned media channels.
- Establish thought leadership by positioning proprietary data assets as industry authority.
- Develop and maintain brand identity, voice, and editorial standards across all touchpoints.
- Lead social media strategy and execution to amplify brand presence and support operator acquisition.
- Integrate AI tools into content operations to enhance ideation, drafting, and personalization.
Requirements
- 8-12 years of experience in content strategy, brand management, or marketing leadership within B2B companies.
- Proven track record in consolidating brands, repositioning portfolios, or unifying messaging across divisions.
- Strong writing, editing, and stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence without authority.
- Experience in building playbooks, codifying standards, and measuring content performance against business outcomes.
- Must be based in the US; we are unable to offer work sponsorship for this role.
- Comfort with data, metrics, and AI tools for content augmentation.
Nice to have
- Experience with M&A brand integration.
- Industry knowledge in foodservice or hospitality.
- Background in scaling thought leadership programs.
