What you will do
- Own ’s category narrative and corporate positioning, including the through-line that defines what is and why differentiation is defensible.
- Set the master brand story and brand standards that Product Marketing and Revenue Marketing translate into product messaging and demand programs.
- Lead brand identity, voice, and visual system; own the website brand experience and direct creative/design output.
- Own earned media and PR, executive and employee thought leadership, and grow organic/owned channels as an always-on engine.
- Drive AI and LLM search visibility as a first-class brand channel and build a brand measurement framework (awareness, share of voice, reach, sentiment, earned media).
- Consolidate and build the brand team, manage the brand budget, and partner cross-functionally while keeping scope boundaries clear.
Requirements
- Location: Must be based in the USA
- 8+ years of brand or corporate marketing experience in B2B technology, ideally enterprise SaaS, including owning category positioning through a market shift.
- Proven track record leading brand at the function level, including rebuilding or evolving an identity/narrative.
- Demonstrated command of organic social, PR, and thought leadership as a growth system.
- Fluency in how AI reshapes product storytelling and discovery/visibility in AI search and LLMs.
- Experience building and leading teams, with strong executive communication and the judgment to hold brand standards across teams.
