What you will do

• Design and execute a global social media strategy, operating model, and governance framework.
• Partner with senior executives to grow their professional influence and thought leadership across LinkedIn and emerging channels.
• Lead the global corporate presence across LinkedIn, YouTube, Instagram, X, and Facebook.
• Develop and scale programs for employee advocacy, creator partnerships, and community engagement.
• Implement AI-driven workflows for content ideation, production, optimization, and reporting.
• Establish KPIs and executive dashboards to track funnel performance and marketing-sourced pipeline contribution.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in social media, digital marketing, communications, or content leadership.
• Proven track record of building or significantly transforming a social media function.
• Expertise in LinkedIn and executive thought leadership programs.
• Experience leading internal teams and managing external agency partners.
• Strong analytical skills, editorial judgment, and storytelling capabilities.
• Must be authorized to work in the US (e-Verify participant)

• Experience in B2B technology, SaaS, infrastructure, or industrial markets.
