• Translate brand strategy into clear guidance, frameworks, and tools for internal teams.
• Manage and coach a high-performing team of brand specialists.
• Oversee brand campaign implementation across digital, events, social, and PR channels.
• Monitor brand awareness and sentiment through tracking research and data analysis.
• Maintain brand guidelines and asset libraries in partnership with creative leadership.
• Collaborate with product teams to ensure consistent brand architecture and naming.

Requirements

• Must be located in the Chicago area and able to work from the office two days per week.
• 5–10+ years of marketing experience with 3+ years in brand management or strategy.
• Prior people management experience including coaching and performance development.
• Proven track record in managing multi-channel campaigns, budgets, and timelines.
• Experience using customer research and data-driven insights for branding decisions.
• Strong writing, storytelling, and project management skills.
