Salary: $126,000 - $140,000

What you will do

  • Own the end-to-end onboarding experience, defining proficiency milestones and tracking performance metrics.
  • Design and manage role-specific ramp programs that balance clinical knowledge, systems fluency, and process adherence.
  • Lead, coach, and develop a team of trainers and instructional designers.
  • Embed learning into the flow of work through job aids, in-tool guidance, and peer coaching.
  • Drive cross-functional partnerships with Operations, Clinical, and People teams to ensure training content remains current.
  • Innovate on training delivery modalities, including microlearning, simulations, and AI-enabled coaching.

Requirements

  • 4-6 years of experience leading high-performing teams in training, learning and development, or onboarding program management.
  • Proven track record of owning programs end-to-end with measurable impact on time-to-proficiency.
  • Experience managing and developing teams of trainers or instructional designers.
  • Strong cross-functional collaboration skills with the ability to influence stakeholders across Operations and Clinical teams.
  • Data-driven mindset with the ability to define success metrics and translate training data into actionable insights.
  • Experience with instructional design frameworks and LMS platforms.

Nice to have

  • Experience in healthcare, health tech, or care delivery environments.
  • Familiarity with agentic learning approaches and leveraging AI agents for personalized coaching.
  • Exposure to change management principles.
