Salary: $200,000 - $275,000 per year

What you will do
- Define leadership behavioral standards and operating norms to strengthen accountability across the company.
- Architect the performance system, connecting individual goals and performance conversations to business outcomes.
- Lead organizational design and change management to support an AI-enabled workplace.
- Develop a culture roadmap to diagnose needs and build engagement tied to retention.
- Oversee talent acquisition strategy and total rewards philosophy to ensure competitive and equitable pay.
- Champion an AI-native approach to HR, automating transactional work to prioritize strategic capacity.
Requirements
- Senior HR leadership experience in technology companies during periods of scaling or transformation.
- Track record of building strategic people functions beyond administrative or compliance infrastructure.
- Demonstrated success in performance, engagement, and culture with measurable outcomes.
- Ability to serve as a CEO-level thought partner and influence without authority.
- Practical experience applying AI to workforce strategy, org design, or people workflows.
- Must be based in the United States.
