Responsibilities
— Partner with executive leadership to evolve and execute Remote’s global Total Rewards strategy
— Design compensation frameworks, rewards philosophies, and pay equity programs across global markets
— Advise stakeholders on job architecture, compensation strategy, and geo-tiering approaches
— Drive Total Rewards integration into key talent and business initiatives
— Lead education and enablement efforts around compensation and rewards practices
— Leverage AI and emerging technologies to improve rewards analysis and decision-making

Requirements
— Extensive experience in Total Rewards within global organizations
— Strong background in compensation strategy, business partnering, and executive stakeholder management
— Deep knowledge of pay equity, job architecture, and global rewards practices
— Ability to influence senior leaders and communicate complex concepts clearly
— Experience working in high-growth, global, remote-first environments
— Strong collaboration, communication, and relationship-building skills
