Salary: 157,200 PLN - 235,800 PLN gross per annum

What you will do

• Partner with SMEs to assess training needs and design effective learning content.
• Lead coordination and delivery of role-specific onboarding for new hires.
• Develop instructor-led, virtual, and e-learning programs based on adult learning principles.
• Triage training requests and provide guidance on existing tools and materials.
• Manage and support learning platforms and maintain regulatory training documentation.
• Establish and maintain role-based curricula in collaboration with functional leadership.

Requirements

• Degree in a scientific or healthcare discipline.
• 4-6 years of clinical trial experience in pharmaceutical, biotechnology, or CRO settings.
• 4 years of experience in roles directly related to clinical trial execution supporting training and development.
• Proficiency with learning development platforms and Microsoft Office.
• English: Excellent verbal and written communication skills required.
• Strong knowledge of ICH/GCP and medical terminology.
