What you will do
- Conduct in-person outreach and enrollment conversations to drive same-day registrations in the field.
- Guide eligible community members through registration, intake, and enrollment processes.
- Execute enrollment activities at assigned partner sites, community locations, and Zócalo-hosted events.
- Maintain disciplined follow-up to move referrals and leads into enrolled members.
- Complete registrations and track activity accurately within Athena and other operational systems.
- Collaborate with Market Growth Managers to support community-based enrollment strategies.
Requirements
- 1–3+ years of experience in community outreach, healthcare enrollment, sales, canvassing, or field-based roles.
- Bilingual English-Spanish required.
- Must be authorized to work in the United States.
- Reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally within Riverside County.
- Flexible schedule, including availability to work evenings and weekends as needed.
- Experience working toward performance goals, outreach targets, or enrollment metrics.
Nice to have
- Experience with Medi-Cal, ECM, Community Supports, or community-based healthcare programs.
- Experience with Athena health or comparable documentation systems.
- Familiarity with local community resources and populations served in the region.
