What you will do

  • Support inbound and outbound call campaigns to educate prospective and current members on healthcare products.
  • Assist members with enrollment applications while ensuring full compliance with Medicare requirements.
  • Build rapport through active listening and empathy to assess needs and convert prospects into customers.
  • Evaluate current member coverage, identify gaps, and facilitate necessary plan changes.
  • Transition to member service and retention support for the Member Service Guide team during off-peak seasons.
  • Meet and exceed individual sales quotas and quality productivity goals.

Requirements

  • Must possess a valid state health insurance license or be able to obtain one before start date.
  • Native-level or professional fluency in both Spanish and English (written and oral).
  • Must be based in the USA.
  • Flexibility to work weekends, evenings, and holidays as required by business needs.
  • Strong interpersonal, problem-solving, and time management skills.
  • Proficiency in navigating multiple computer systems simultaneously.

Nice to have

  • 3 months to 1 year of experience in telesales or teleservice.
