Salary: $80,000–$350,000 OTE

What you will do

  • Manage the full sales cycle, from qualifying inbound inquiries to closing deals with provider groups and health systems.
  • Generate new sales opportunities through email outreach, industry conferences, and warm hand-offs.
  • Conduct product demos and lead meetings with key decision-makers.
  • Maintain accurate CRM records to track prospect and customer interactions.
  • Collaborate with Marketing and other AEs to align on closing strategies and lead hand-offs.
  • Provide market feedback to product teams to refine offerings and messaging.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience as an Account Executive in healthcare SaaS sales, preferably in a high-growth startup.
  • Proven track record of consistently meeting and exceeding sales quotas.
  • Proficiency with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, Hubspot, Attio) and sales tools (Zoominfo, Clay).
  • Strong understanding of healthcare terminology, market dynamics, and the competitive landscape.
  • Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
