Location: Must be based in the US (San Francisco or Remote)
Compensation: $165,600 – $184,000 + Equity

What you will do
- Build and scale repeatable education programs for new product launches and updates.
- Translate complex product information into practical use cases, demos, quickstarts, and adoption guides.
- Partner with Product, Marketing, and Developer Experience teams to align educational efforts.
- Design scalable workflows for producing high-quality educational content.
- Measure the effectiveness of education initiatives on customer engagement and product adoption.
- Gather customer signals and feedback to continuously improve educational programs.
Requirements
- Must be based in the US.
- Proven experience creating customer-facing product education, technical content, or enablement programs.
- Exceptional writing, editing, and communication skills.
- Strong program management experience driving cross-functional initiatives.
- Ability to transform technical concepts into actionable customer guidance.
- Experience partnering effectively with Product, Marketing, or technical organizations.
Nice to have
- Experience in enterprise SaaS, AI products, or developer tools.
- Experience producing webinars, explainers, or other educational media.
- Hands-on experience using AI tools to create and improve educational content.
