TL;DR

Sr. Director, Technical Learning & Pipeline Development (AI): Establishing and maintaining a technical learning ecosystem to support engineering, cybersecurity, and technical operations with an accent on strategic talent pipeline development and upskilling. Focus on designing adaptive learning frameworks, leveraging AI-driven technologies, and influencing senior leadership to align technical capabilities with business transformation.

Location: Must be based in New York, NY (Hybrid: 4 days/week in-office)

Salary: $170,000 – $190,000

What you will do

  • Partner with technology and HR leadership to define an adaptive Enterprise Technical Capability Framework.
  • Design and deliver multi-tiered learning solutions for technical skills, certifications, and emerging technologies.
  • Lead and evolve early career technical development and rotational programs.
  • Curate vendor and talent pipeline relationships to support strategic business priorities.
  • Establish KPIs for learning effectiveness, ROI, and employee engagement.
  • Integrate LMS and emerging learning technologies, including AI-driven personalization.

Requirements

  • 8+ years in Learning & Development, with at least 5 years in technical learning or technology-driven environments.
  • Proven success in designing large-scale technical learning programs.
  • Solid understanding of technical domains including cloud, automation, AI, and cybersecurity.
  • Expertise in instructional design and adult learning principles.
  • Strategic thinking with the ability to influence senior executive leadership.
  • Must be able to work from the New York office at least four days per week.
