Location: Must be based in New York, NY (Hybrid: 4 days/week in-office)
Salary: $170,000 – $190,000

What you will do
- Partner with technology and HR leadership to define an adaptive Enterprise Technical Capability Framework.
- Design and deliver multi-tiered learning solutions for technical skills, certifications, and emerging technologies.
- Lead and evolve early career technical development and rotational programs.
- Curate vendor and talent pipeline relationships to support strategic business priorities.
- Establish KPIs for learning effectiveness, ROI, and employee engagement.
- Integrate LMS and emerging learning technologies, including AI-driven personalization.
Requirements
- 8+ years in Learning & Development, with at least 5 years in technical learning or technology-driven environments.
- Proven success in designing large-scale technical learning programs.
- Solid understanding of technical domains including cloud, automation, AI, and cybersecurity.
- Expertise in instructional design and adult learning principles.
- Strategic thinking with the ability to influence senior executive leadership.
- Must be able to work from the New York office at least four days per week.
