What you will do

• Conduct comprehensive virtual assessments for new patients, reviewing medical histories and current symptoms to identify healthcare needs.
• Collaborate with consultants and other clinicians in a multidisciplinary team (MDT) to support safe and effective care in line with clinical guidelines and scope of practice.
• Provide clear, empathetic education on cannabis-based treatments, including benefits, side effects, contraindications, and usage guidance.
• Maintain accurate, contemporaneous, confidential patient records using hirify.global’s electronic health record system.
• Act as the first point of contact for new patients, responding to questions and concerns with professionalism and clinical insight.
• Adhere to hirify.global UK policies, healthcare regulations, professional standards, and mandatory training requirements.

Requirements

• Registered Paramedic qualification and valid HCPC registration.
• Minimum 5 years’ post-registration clinical experience as a paramedic.
• Strong clinical assessment, triage, and decision-making skills.
• Excellent communication skills for virtual/remote consultation environments.
• Proficiency with electronic health record systems and telehealth platforms.
• Ability to work independently, prioritize workload effectively, and manage time in a remote setting.

Nice to have

• Telemedicine or remote consultation experience.
