What you will do

• Help patients navigate RPM programs, ensuring adoption and correct use of equipment.
• Accurately document patient information, enrollment details, and eligibility in electronic health records (EHR).
• Coordinate the enrollment process by communicating with patients and collaborating with internal/external stakeholders.
• Provide clear and concise education to patients regarding healthcare programs offered.
• Ensure strict adherence to HIPAA and other privacy regulations to maintain patient confidentiality.
• Collaborate with healthcare providers, insurance companies, and social workers for seamless enrollment.

Requirements

• Active CMA certification from a nationally accredited institution (NHA, AAMA, NCCT, NAHP, etc).
• Strong knowledge of medical terminology, procedures, and diagnoses.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency with EHR systems and general computer software.
• Must be based in the United States.
• Demonstrated empathy and compassion when interacting with patients.
