What you will do
- Establish the foundation of a new clinical escalation team for high-risk psychiatric cases.
- Act as a clinical resource, investigator, and problem-solver for safety concerns and grievances.
- Identify areas for clinical improvement and advocate for safe, high-quality care.
- Collaborate across clinical, operational, and support teams to scale impact.
- Shape tools and workflows to improve outcomes for both patients and providers.
Requirements
- Active licensure as a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP)
- Master’s or Doctoral degree in Nursing with a PMHNP specialization.
- Must be based in the United States (excluding Hawaii)
- 3+ years of clinical experience in psychiatry, crisis care, or community mental health.
- 2+ years of experience managing clinical risk and patient safety.
- Experience with telehealth care delivery and virtual platforms.
Nice to have
- Licensure in multiple states (TX, FL, CA, MD, GA, NY).
- Experience mentoring or coaching mental health clinicians.
- Background in a high-growth mental health tech start-up.
- Proficiency with Google Workspace (Sheets, Drive, Docs).
