Location: Torrance, CA (on-site at Los Angeles headquarters)

Salary

Salary: $90,000 annually

What you will do

  • Coordinate end-to-end interview scheduling and logistics across candidates, hiring teams, and stakeholders.
  • Manage candidate communications and process flow to deliver a high-quality candidate experience.
  • Maintain recruiting systems, workflows, and data integrity in the ATS.
  • Create recruiting reports, dashboards, and hiring metrics to support hiring decisions.
  • Partner with recruiters and hiring managers to improve recruiting effectiveness and reduce friction.
  • Lead recruiting operations projects, system enhancements, and automation initiatives to increase speed and quality.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or 1–2+ years of experience in recruiting coordination, HR operations, or a related administrative role.
  • Experience managing complex calendars and scheduling with strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Strong written and verbal communication to represent Arc professionally to candidates and internal stakeholders.
  • Ability to handle sensitive candidate and employee information with discretion.
  • Comfort with ambiguity and managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Nice to have

  • Familiarity with Greenhouse ATS or similar recruiting platforms.
  • Experience in a startup or high-growth environment where processes are still being built.
  • Experience using AI tools ethically to improve process efficiencies.
  • Enthusiasm for boating and the water.
