What you will do

• Own the full employee lifecycle including onboarding and offboarding processes.
• Manage global payroll and HR operations using platforms like Gusto and Deel.
• Configure and maintain ATS systems while managing sourcing and interview coordination.
• Develop and refine hiring workflows to improve speed, scalability, and signal quality.
• Administer employee benefits, handle visa requests, and maintain policy documentation.
• Ensure data accuracy across all internal HR systems.

Requirements

• 1-3 years of experience in people operations, HR, or recruiting operations.
• Must be comfortable working on-site in San Francisco.
• Proven ability to build systems from scratch in fast-moving startup environments.
• Experience with payroll platforms like Gusto or Deel.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to own projects end-to-end.
