Salary: $130,000 - $160,000 USD

What you will do

• Design and maintain high-performance dashboards in Tableau or Power BI as the single source of truth for Marketing and Sales performance.
• Audit Salesforce data to deep dive into customer journeys and Closed/Won Opportunities.
• Contribute to the Annual Operating Plan (AOP) by providing historical data and predictive modeling.
• Translate complex datasets into polished, persuasive slide decks and recommendations for senior leadership.
• Perform end-to-end analysis and build complex ROI, CAC, and LTV models in Google Sheets or Excel.
• Partner with IT, Marketing Operations, and Sales to ensure data integrity and understand business drivers.

Requirements

• 4-6 years of experience in a Data Analyst or BI role within Marketing Ops, Sales Ops, or a growth-focused environment.
• Must be based in or able to work hybrid from San Mateo, CA (onsite 3x/week).
• Direct experience navigating and extracting data from Salesforce.
• Advanced proficiency in Tableau, Power BI, and expert-level skills in Google Sheets or Excel.
• Proficiency in SQL for data extraction and manipulation.
• Strong executive presence with the ability to simplify complex data for senior leadership.

Nice to have

• Experience with Databricks.
• Familiarity with Python or R.
