What you will do

• Handle high-volume inbound calls, chats, and emails from customers or partners across discovery and onboarding.
• Act as a trusted advisor to help small businesses and accounting partners select the right hirify.global solutions.
• Support customers through onboarding to ensure a smooth and successful start.
• Demonstrate strong product knowledge and commit to ethical, customer-first selling.
• Maintain accurate notes and pipeline details in Salesforce for strong follow-through.

Requirements

• 1–3 years of experience in a sales or customer service role.
• Experience working in high-volume environments with inbound and outbound calling.
• Proven success achieving or exceeding goals and maintaining strong customer relationships.
• Comfortable using Salesforce or similar CRM systems.
• Considered for future start dates in 2026 (general talent pipeline across multiple sales/onboarding levels).
