What you will do
- Own daily and weekly team cadence: lead high-impact 1:1s, performance reviews, and development plans.
- Translate company goals into actionable tactics through team meetings and sales methodology training.
- Maintain pipeline integrity and forecasting accuracy as the “Single Source of Truth” using Gong and Salesforce.
- Enforce CRM hygiene (stages, close dates, deal categories) and proactively track KPIs to iterate outbound strategy.
- Provide tactical deal support for complex PEO and international negotiations, leveraging specialists (Underwriting, Finance, Legal).
- Collaborate on sales contests and motivational initiatives to drive performance and healthy competition.
Requirements
- Minimum 3+ years in a sales representative role (Human Capital Management/PEO preferred) and 2+ years of prior management experience.
- Proven track record managing a team of at least 4+ people to quota attainment.
- Proficiency with Salesforce, Gong, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and SalesLoft.
- Strong “lead-from-the-front” ability to handle cold calls and analyze performance dashboards.
- Ability to coach using data rigor and communicate complex HR/Tax concepts clearly to the team and leadership.
