What you will do

• Drive alignment across development, marketing, and operations teams to ensure smooth product progression.
• Define and manage roadmaps, schedules, and deliverables across various workstreams.
• Coordinate key milestones, including development gates, supply chain timelines, and campaign needs.
• Partner with internal supply chain, sourcing, and QA teams to align production with manufacturing and distribution.
• Collaborate with external IP holders, licensors, and agencies for approvals and compliance.
• Provide clear, consistent updates to leadership regarding progress, risks, and launch readiness.

Requirements

• Must be based in the United States.
• 5+ years of production management experience in the gaming or similar industry.
• Bachelor’s degree.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Adobe Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop).
• Fluent in project management software, specifically Monday.com.
• Ability to travel up to 5% of the time.
