Senior Producer (UI/UX)

Location: Orange County, California; flexible in-studio, hybrid, or fully remote work throughout North America

Estimated base pay: $115,000–$150,000 USD per year

What you will do

• Own the UI roadmap, backlog, initiatives, and feature production lifecycle.
• Coordinate milestone planning, task estimation, prioritization, and scheduling with UI design, art, engineering, and production leads.
• Manage change requests, negotiate compromises, and propose solutions for project needs.
• Communicate feature status, risks, obstacles, and decisions through reviews and stakeholder syncs.
• Improve production processes, feature pipelines, team workflows, and meeting follow-up.
• Playtest with the studio and UI team to iterate on player experience.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in the games industry.
• At least 2 years working with larger teams in a cross-functional feature production capacity.
• Expertise with Jira, Confluence, and the Google suite.
• Expert project management skills, including resource and time management.
• Strong verbal and written communication, multitasking, and competing-priority management skills.
• Ability to communicate risks and obstacles to team members and stakeholders.

Nice to have

• At least one shipped AAA title.
• Experience working across time zone differences of approximately three hours.
• Experience with contract or outsourcing partners.
• Experience managing feedback from tests and focus groups.
• Strong passion for playing games.
