What you will do

• Own and maintain the UI roadmap and backlog, ensuring progress is communicated across all channels.
• Lead milestone planning and task prioritization for a cross-functional team of designers, engineers, and artists.
• Coordinate with other producers to schedule cross-team features led or supported by the UI team.
• Manage change requests, negotiate compromises, and propose solutions to meet project requirements.
• Maintain and improve team processes (stand-ups, triages, kick-offs) and feature pipelines.
• Conduct playtests and iterate on the UI/UX based on player experience and studio feedback.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in the games industry.
• 2+ years of experience in cross-functional feature production with large teams.
• Expert proficiency with Jira (Plans experience is a plus), Confluence, and Google Suite.
• Advanced project management skills, including resource and time management.
• Must be based in North America for remote work options.

Nice to have

• Experience shipping at least one AAA title.
• Experience managing teams across different time zones (+/- 3 hours).
• Experience working with contract or outsourcing partners.
• Experience managing feedback from focus groups and testers.
