What you will do

• Lead the game development process from concept to release, ensuring on-time and on-budget delivery.
• Manage engineering and QA teams to define goals, milestones, and organizational structures.
• Oversee technical workstreams including software pipelines, tools development, and backend dependencies.
• Coordinate budget allocation and manage relationships with external vendors and partners.
• Collaborate with the Game Director to translate creative concepts into actionable technical plans.
• Manage launch activities and post-launch support across PC and console platforms.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Senior/Lead Tech Producer with successful game launches on PC and consoles.
• Experience producing engineering, tools, or core technology teams.
• Strong understanding of SDLC and Agile methodologies within game development.
• Proficiency in Jira, Confluence, and Google Suite for project management.
• Must be based in the United States to be eligible for employment.
• Ability to navigate platform certification and first-party submission processes.

Nice to have

• Experience with Unreal Engine development workflows.
• Familiarity with APIs, backend systems, or live service infrastructure.
• Background in QA or QA-adjacent roles.
• Experience managing co-development partners or external vendors.
