Senior UI Producer (Gamedev)

Salary: $115,000 - $150,000 USD

What you will do

• Own and maintain the UI roadmap and backlog, ensuring clear communication of progress across the studio.
• Lead milestone planning, task prioritization, and bug triaging in partnership with UI Design, Art, and Engineering Leads.
• Coordinate with other producers to schedule cross-team work for UI-led and supported features.
• Develop and improve team processes, including stand-ups, kick-offs, and feature pipelines.
• Manage stakeholder communication and lead regular feature review and sync meetings.
• Conduct playtests with the UI team to iterate on features based on player experience feedback.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in the games industry.
• At least 2 years of experience in a cross-functional feature production capacity with larger teams.
• Expert proficiency with Jira, Confluence, and Google Suite.
• Advanced project management skills, specifically in resource and time management.
• Must be based in North America.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, capable of managing competing priorities under pressure.

• Experience shipping at least one AAA title.
• Experience working with teams across different time zones (+/- 3 hours).
• Strong passion for playing games.
• Experience managing outsourcing partners or feedback from focus groups.
