Salary: $61,000 - $89,100 annually.

What you will do

  • Partner with HRBPs to coordinate HR activities, transactions, and operational workflows.
  • Manage employee lifecycle processes including transitions, offboarding, and senior leader onboarding.
  • Serve as a primary point of contact for employee and manager inquiries regarding HR policies and processes.
  • Support intake, documentation, and escalation of employee relations matters.
  • Maintain accurate employee records, organizational documentation, and workforce reporting.
  • Assist in the development and continuous improvement of HR processes and programs.

Requirements

  • Must be a U.S. Person (U.S. citizen, permanent resident, Asylee, or Refugee).
  • Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or related field preferred.
  • 2-4 years of experience in HR coordination, operations, or generalist roles.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and HRIS platforms, specifically Workday.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Demonstrated ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
