What you will do

• Serve as the primary client contact, ensuring operational and creative alignment across all accounts.
• Oversee the execution of integrated creative marketing campaigns, ensuring on-time and on-budget delivery.
• Manage, mentor, and develop a team of Account personnel to foster a culture of ownership and excellence.
• Own financial oversight, including budgets, scopes of work, and resource allocation for the client portfolio.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities to deepen partnerships and expand agency scope.
• Represent the agency as a senior strategic partner in client and industry settings.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in account management, project management, or client services within a creative or integrated marketing agency.
• Proven track record in managing complex client relationships and large-scale campaign executions.
• Strong experience managing and developing account teams in a fast-paced environment.
• Demonstrated financial acumen with experience owning budgets, scopes, and financial reporting.
• Strong understanding of gaming, social, and creator trends.
• Must be based in Los Angeles, CA.
