What you will do

• Manage and develop a team of Client Services members, overseeing workload distribution and professional growth.
• Own end-to-end execution of high-priority campaigns across digital, content, and integrated programs.
• Coordinate closely with Sales, Creative Strategy, Media Planning, and Ad Ops to ensure operational rigor.
• Standardize processes and implement tools and templates to improve campaign delivery speed and accuracy.
• Oversee the development of comprehensive campaign recaps highlighting performance metrics and ROI.
• Identify and resolve executional risks proactively to maintain high client satisfaction.

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience in digital media, advertising operations, or client services.
• 2+ years of experience managing teams.
• Demonstrated experience leading complex, multi-channel advertising campaigns.
• Proven ability to build and scale operational processes.
• Strong attention to detail to ensure campaign documentation is consistently error-free.
