TL;DR

VP, Client Success Healthcare (Payer & Provider): Leading and growing key client relationships within the healthcare portfolio with an accent on account strategy, revenue growth, and profitability. Focus on building senior CxO-level partnerships, scaling engagement models, and leading high-performing cross-functional teams to deliver high-impact solutions.

Location: Must be based in the US (East Coast: NY, NJ, CT or the Midwest). Role requires 30%+ travel for on-site client meetings.

Salary: $200,000–$230,000

What you will do

  • Develop and execute account strategies aligned with long-term business goals for healthcare payers and providers.
  • Manage senior client relationships and CxO engagement to ensure high satisfaction and retention.
  • Collaborate with sales, delivery, and marketing teams to co-create growth strategies and GTM initiatives.
  • Oversee client-level P&L, including revenue growth, profitability optimization, and performance tracking.
  • Identify and scale new engagement models and business opportunities within existing accounts.
  • Hire, coach, and develop high-performing, inclusive teams with defined KPIs.

Requirements

  • 15+ years of leadership experience in IT services with full P&L ownership.
  • 20+ years of client-facing leadership in software or related industries.
  • Deep expertise in Healthcare Payer & Provider sectors.
  • Proven ability to manage complex, global client engagements and CxO-level stakeholders.
  • Strong financial acumen and strategic planning capabilities.
  • Flexibility to travel 30%+ and work on-site with clients as needed.
