Salary: $203,000–$238,000 (for Denver, CO location)

What you will do

  • Drive a culture of safety through training, audits, and active leadership.
  • Oversee modernization processes from booking to turnover to ensure profitability and budget adherence.
  • Monitor P&L and financial reports to manage branch performance and job backlogs.
  • Supervise project managers and coordinate manpower needs for efficient project execution.
  • Conduct jobsite visits to survey progress, troubleshoot issues, and perform quality audits.
  • Collaborate with sales teams on bids for large or complex projects to ensure technical and financial accuracy.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree required.
  • 10+ years of directly related experience in the elevator or related industries.
  • Proven success in B2B field sales and service management.
  • Strong financial acumen with the ability to analyze P&L and improve profitability.
  • Excellent communication skills for reporting, contract proposals, and stakeholder presentations.
  • Must be authorized to work in the US and capable of managing operations within the Southwest region.
