What you will do

• Lead business development efforts including prospect identification, proposal preparation, and client presentations.
• Oversee project execution, including budgeting, invoicing, and performance management for industrial water projects.
• Manage and mentor project teams, providing coaching and recommendations for professional development.
• Develop market business plans and client engagement strategies to expand the company's market footprint.
• Collaborate with internal technical resources and owner representatives to ensure project goals are met.
• Maintain accountability for new business objectives and overall project performance.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a technical discipline or equivalent experience.
• 20+ years of active water/wastewater experience in the industrial sector.
• Professional Engineering (PE) License.
• Strong understanding of budgets, financial metrics, and contract negotiation (terms, risks, pricing).
• Ability to complete pre-employment onboarding requirements including background checks and drug screens.
• Must be based in or able to work in Denver, CO.
