What you will do

• Install, maintain, upgrade, and qualify semiconductor manufacturing equipment for customers.
• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance across electrical, vacuum, mechanical, plasma, hydraulic, and gas systems.
• Troubleshoot equipment using diagnostic techniques, documentation, digital analytics, test equipment, and established procedures.
• Respond to fab issues, communicate with engineers in other locations, and participate in escalation calls.
• Perform equipment retrofits, support process issues, and execute corrective action plans to improve quality and uptime.
• Build customer satisfaction through clear communication, technical support, feedback collection, and knowledge sharing.

Requirements

• Proficiency with a primary equipment toolset and the ability to acquire additional systems and applications.
• Ability to perform startup activities through Tier II and complete qualifications with minimal assistance.
• Knowledge of relevant processes, procedures, systems, and semiconductor equipment toolsets.
• Ability to work effectively in high-pressure or ambiguous situations and provide informal guidance to junior team members.
• Ability to travel approximately 20% of the time.
