What you will do

• Oversee daily operations of multiple dialysis centers, including staffing, scheduling, patient flow, and resource allocation.
• Monitor KPIs and financial metrics to drive continuous improvement and enhance patient outcomes and satisfaction.
• Recruit, train, and mentor staff, fostering collaboration and leading succession planning across centers.
• Manage budgets, forecasts, and financial plans to ensure cost efficiency and profitability.
• Build strong relationships with internal teams, healthcare providers, and referring nephrologists.
• Act as a liaison with corporate headquarters and regulatory bodies to support business expansion.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Management, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
• Minimum 5–7 years of progressive leadership experience in healthcare operations, preferably in dialysis services.
• Strong knowledge of dialysis operations, clinical processes, and regulatory requirements.
• Proven experience in managing multi-site healthcare operations.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and healthcare systems (e.g., EHR, practice management systems).
