Management System Auditor

Location: 3rd Floor, Alegria Building, Chino Roces Ave, Makati City, Philippines

What you will do

• Conduct complete third-party audit cycles as a team member or team leader in line with applicable standards and regulations.
• Review client quality management systems, prepare audit checklists and itineraries, conduct on-site audits, and complete audit packages and reports.
• Raise non-conformances and findings, maintain client files, and respond to client inquiries regarding qualified system standards.
• Review and deliver training programs, and coach auditors under training or supervision.
• Support account growth and client engagement by assisting sales executives during visits and calls.
• Follow SGS quality, health, safety, environmental, energy, integrity, and incident-management requirements.

Requirements

• Degree in a discipline relevant to the applicable industry.
• At least 5 years of experience in a specific industry, including 2 years in quality assurance or quality control.
• Communication skills and computer literacy.
• At least one relevant certification, such as IATF 16949, Lead Auditor for ISO 9001, ISO 22000, FSSC 22000, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, or APSCA-certified CSCA, depending on the industry.
• Excellent command of English in written and verbal communication.

Nice to have

• Experience in automotive or electrical and electronics, food and food safety, or responsible business services.
